Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or not as described, please email us at Joey@tcgmultiverse.shop, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth cancellation process:
 

Eligibility for Cancellation
  • Timeframe: Cancellations must be requested prior to the shipment of your order.

  • Order Status: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details on shipment tracking.
     

Cancellation Fee
  • 3% Fee: All customer-initiated cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during the initial transaction.

  • Example: For an order totaling $610.00, the cancellation fee would be $18.30, resulting in a refund of $591.70.
     

How to Request a Cancellation
  1. Email Us: Send an email to Joey@tcgmultiverse.shop with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #..." (e.g., "CANCEL ORDER #12345").

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a brief reason for the cancellation.

  3. Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours detailing the status of your cancellation and refund.
     

Refund Process
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

  • Method of Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
     

Exceptions
  • Seller-Initiated Cancellations: If we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., out-of-stock items), the 3% cancellation fee will not apply. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please refer to our Return Policy above instead of the cancellation process.
     

Price Adjustments
  • Restocked Items: If the price of booster boxes or other items increases upon restocking, we will honor the original price you paid if you choose to reorder the same items once they become available.

  • Notification: To ensure you receive the best price, you can opt-in to receive a notification email when the items are back in stock.
